Behavioral Interview Coach

Suzanne has spent the last 5 years as an interview coach and business leader. In her previous role she built an award-winning team of health and wellness professionals, providing services to parks and recreation boards, school districts, police and fire departments and the military in several municipal districts. She has been recognized for her professional achievements with a number of awards, including the Myrtle Everett Business & Professional Woman of the Year in 2010.

Assistant Fire Chief

Jeff’s demeanor and delivery can be summed up by “Cut the crap!” and “Give a crap!” His focus and Mission are to develop and deliver real leadership and help others to do the same.

His delivery is straight forward and leans heavily on what’s “tactical and practical”.Jeff has served with the Canadian military as a Special Forces Operator (3 CDO), a Correctional Officer at a maximum-security facility, and 25+ years in the Fire Service 22 of those years with the Vancouver Fire and Rescue Services, in the roles of Firefighter, K9 Handler, Company Officer, and Training Officer.

Currently, as a chief officer with the portfolios of Operations and Training.

Jeff is also very involved instructing various firefighting and HUSAR-related topics including, Company Officer, Emergency Scene Management, Strategy and Tactics, RIT/Self-rescue, Auto Extrication, Rope Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, Trench Rescue, Recruit Training, Technical Search-HUSAR, K9 Search and K9 Protection. This has taken him across the country and as far south as Mexico and beyond, to Peru.

When Jeff’s not at work, he is spending time with his “Much Better Half”, his “mutts”, his family and friends. Exercising brain and body is a priority so he will often be lifting something, running somewhere or reading something. Otherwise, you may find him hiking the woods, building unusual playhouses for his grandchildren or carving things with a chainsaw! (ask him when you see him).
